Meet The Hansens
 We entered the Real Estate Business together in 1999 and haven’t
looked back. Although we are Midwest natives, we decided to make
a home for our family in Northern Colorado.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, we both held positions at
the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Nick was Head
Coach of the Men’s & Women’s Swimming Teams, while Debbie was
Director of Development for the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
With the support of family in the real estate business, we were able hit the ground running. Our
business is built on a solid foundation. In addition to our Broker Associate/Partner status at The Group
Inc., we have received the CRS and GRI designations as well.
Both Debbie and Nick are actively involved within the community with a variety of organizations.
We
believe strongly that is important to be a strong member of the community and to utilize our talents in a
way to help others.
We have two school aged children, Alec and Brooke who are involved in Loveland Baseball Association,
Loveland Swim Club, Gold Crown Basketball, dance and piano. Spending time and supporting
their interests is great fun. It is of utmost importance to us to provide them the opportunity and
encouragement for a bright future.
Colorado is a spectacular place to live! We make certain to take advantage of all that it has to offer. Our
family loves to spend time in the mountains, skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
